6 days without a run, I got a last minute decision.

OL-Halfmarathon a crazy decision

After a crazy decision, I could only make a crazy start

Then I realized, my body was empty.
After 7Km I wanted to quit, but in KM 12 I could run again in a normal pace (4min/km). I crossed the Finish Line after 1:23:13. I shouldn't run yesterday
Now, for real ... no more run at least for a month!
